Arizona Corporation Commission Updates

The ACC will hold their Energy Rules Stakeholder Meeting on Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31. Click here for more details.
At their last Open Meeting, the ACC voted to approve a plan that will develop electric vehicle infrastructure in the state. Click here to learn more.
Last week, Commissioners formerly requested answers from APS CEO Don Brandt surrounding APS shut-off polices and the deaths of at least two APS customers. It is unclear so far whether or not Brandt will testify. Click here to learn more.
